Thailand's annual Football Expo, organised by TPL and Sports Authority of Thailand, is always to happen ahead of a new season and due to take place this coming weekend.From 24 to 26 February the Expo takes place on the area of the Central World shopping Mall. Almost all clubs can be find there represented by a stall, including several clubs from Regional League. Who up to now hardly had the opportunity to get in touch with the Thai league is surely right here. Of course just as "old" fans. Many clubs will present their new season kits for the first time, show new club logos and offer merchandising articles of the last season for bargain prices.
In addition, certainly again there will be a small exhibition with memorabilia from the past, provided by former players and the national football museum. Moreover all cups which are to win in Thailand should be exhibited.
However, the Thai football expo sees his highlight already on Friday, with the official league award ceremonie for the season 2011. Following TPL prices are to be awarded to: coach of the year - Attapol Buspakom (Buriram), top-goalscorer - Frank Ohandza (Buriram), best goalkeeper - Sinthaweechai Hathairattanakool (Chonburi), best defender - Niweat Siriwong (Pattaya), best midfielder - Therdsak Chaiman, best striker - Frank Ohandza and club with best manner Bangkok Glass FC.
Following TPL Division One prices are to be awarded to: coach of the year - Wisoon Wichaya (Buriram), top-goalscorer - Adisak Srikumpang (PTT Rayong) und Phuwadol Suwannachart (Chainat FC), best goalkeeper - Umarin Yaodam (Buriram), best defender - Kone Seydou (Buriram), best midfielder - Narongchai Vachiraban (Chainat FC), best striker - Phuwadol Suwannachart and club with best manner Air Force United.
